Design Directions - an innovative programme of awards
Design Directions is a student awards scheme. It frames the projects it sets within a social context in order to explore the role design can play in response to key challenges in contemporary life.
Design Directions 2007/08
The judging of the 2007/08 scheme is now completed and the online exhibition, showcasing all the winning entries, is due to go live on 23 May 2008. It will highlight the inspiring entries submitted to the range of challenging projects set this year.
The work of students who took part but were not shortlisted has now been returned to the universities. We would like to thank everyone who participated from the universities, those individuals who gave freely of their time to serve on judging panels and those sponsors who generously supported the scheme and made the awards possible.
