Alex Ostrowski - Engage!

'Engage!' asked students to look at design-led approaches to bringing about change for a particular community.

Alex chose to work with the Frenchay brain injury rehabilitation unit in Bristol as the focus of his project.

Working closely with a group of psychologists, the process of re-orientation following post-traumatic amnesia (PTA) was identified as the key issue they wanted to address and a strong co-design process took place between him and the therapists in the unit.
